Oclock and we cam to Sugar creek and we

Mon 2 Clear this morning quite pleasant all day

I broke down my waggon two miles this

side of pareshes grove and I took it

back the six barels of salt to the grove

and thean I came on with my waggon

I started from pine and landed home after nilght

quite pleasant all day I got 12 aples and 12 more

for 18 cts came hone with a broken waggon 1839

equence to day in the evening It got some

cloudy I g at 2 . calvs of Wm Bostick

for 6.00 and one of Hiram genings at

2. 50 cts and one of S. Pulver at 2. 50.

Thu 5 Cloudy this morning and in a few moments it

began to rain and it continued s till late in

the evening it broke away and got clear

nearly I went after my salt to parishes

grove I got their and loded up my salt

and came five miles to mud pine I got 2

bushels of crab aples I camped at dark. . .

Peter Caster staid with me after night

it came up a hard storm of rain and 1839

clear all day the ground was froze

with a heavy frost it got quite

then back to election at servisons I

Wed 13 Cloudy this morning and smokey

early in the morning it turned in

to raining it rained a while then

turned in to snowing quite hard

about two O clock it got clear and

quit windy and cool I worked for

Isaac Klepinger raised his house

cooler in the evening it clouded up

and increased its coolness I worked

for John Graves John bought a

blind horse he gave 22 dollars for

him I paid James Wi ireland ten

Father got a bear from greens

frost it clouded up again and staid
